Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
3. Include clear photos or videos showing the damage, incorrect item, or missing parts
We will review your claim and respond with a solution, which may include a full refund, partial refund, or replacement shipment.
No Physical Returns Required
Due to our international fulfillment process, we do not require or accept physical returns. Please do not ship items back to us, as we cannot process returns sent to our address or any other location.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout
- Subjective preferences such as scent, texture, or feel of the product
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. You may need to provide documentation from your local postal service to support a claim.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible.
